Ready to roll.....
Tons of travel toys? CHECK!
Diapers, wipes, bottles, sippy cups, bibs, extra paci's, and snacks for girls? CHECK!
Clothes and shoes for E.V.E.R.Y. possible weather condition or event? CHECK!
Camera, camcorder, ipods, dvd player and LOTS of Barney, Baby Einstein and Dora? CHECK!
Every medicine that you can imagine for any conceivable medical condition, even though there is a 24hr on board physician? CHECK!
The OVER PACKING QUEEN has successfully completed another packing frenzy. And for those of you who are realistic packers and want to reassure me that I will not *need* all the stuff I am just sure I might hafta have at some point in our two week journey..... Don't bother. Sadly, I don't think I will be able to reform in this area.
Just to give you a glimpse of the severity of my over packing disease: My motto for camping is.... COMFORT! And with 3 thousand items for a 2 night camping trip, I am proud to say that I am able to camp in complete comfort for a 2 night maximum stay in any campground in the continental U.S.
The good news is, instead of just Greg and I trying to schlep all the stuff and 2 girls by ourselves, we have our able bodied sons (A.k.a the mules) to help with all the schlepping! (insert evil laugh)
I am just certain they will LOVE and APPRECIATE me even more after this trip :)
