Birthday Girl.

Aria turned 5 last Saturday, sigh.... five. It sounds so, so.... big girlish.

We started the day with breakfast in bed- sort of. When I told her the night before she would wake up to breakfast in bed to start her birthday, she said, " Why do I have to stay in my bed to eat??" So we comprimised our little tradition and she had breakfast in MY bed.

We then donned her new birthday dress and headed to our favorite tea room to have a mother daughter tea with 8 of her little friends.

Hat selection is an important part of the tea experience.
Maybe not this one.....

The girls were so well mannered and seemed to have a great time!

After tea, we rushed off to meet our big brother to see only the second movie she's ever seen in a theatre. She was very excited.

We completed our birthday marathon with Papa, presents, birthday dinner, cake and tattoos.

Happy Birthday sweet girl!
We are all so proud of you and so thankful the Lord blessed us with you.
You are everything I dreamt a daughter would be...
.....And so much more.
I love you to the moon!

Our congratulations to the establishment, to the host and co-host, and a hearty thanks to The Lord for each of the highly acclaimed guests. We love you all.
