Dance for me.
We had our VERY FIRST recital this weekend. I don't know who was more excited/nervous/scared/thrilled-them or me!
Aria with her "I am too nervous to really smile" look.
On the other hand, Gianna was ready to strike a pose.
This is Maggie. She is AMAZING. And because I only told her 3,012 times yesterday, I feel the need to say once again... "Maggie, I couldn't have done it without you!!"
She helped me stay calm, helped dress the girls, and stayed with one of them while I was with the other. Oh how we LOVE Maggie!!!
This was a very special day for Miss Gianna.
We aren't sure if her future will include ballet and tap post surgery, so this may be her one and only recital.
Gianna and Mommy excitedly waiting for Aria's debut...
"He knows when you are sleeping.."
"He knows when you're awake.."
Hey Justin- Have you been bad or good?
(I think Gianna will vouch for him!)
Papa with 3 of his 10 grandkids. Daddy bought his little ballerinas roses and they wouldn't put them down for a second!
Grandma Cl@xton and 4 of her 8 grandkids. Poor Grandpa took a wrong turn and missed the whole show :(
And my timid, sweet Aria... She was so brave and she smiled and even had fun!
What memories are etched in my heart at times like these. I am so incredibly blessed!
Cristy: No matter what happens with the surgery, this is NOT the only time she will dance. My Esther-Faith is in a wheelchair and she uses KAFOs, AND she dances ALL THE TIME.
ReplyDeleteAww I had so much fun helping! It was definitely the cutest recital I've ever been to! I love you all so much!
ReplyDeleteThats was amazing! They are so stunning. There is nothing cuter that little girls in ballet clothes.

Precious Precious girls! I have been following your blog for some time now though I'm not sure I have ever commented. My husband and I are in the process of a SN adoption from China. I would love to talk to you via email and ask you a few questions. I have not been able to find your email address. If you would be willing to talk to me, would you email me through my blog?
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
M
