The Next Step.
Well, we have all the tests results in and the plot thickens.
It seems that our sweet princess is a bit more complicated than the top neurologist in Atlanta feels she can handle.
We are off to see a geneticist to see if they can unlock the clues to all these skewed blood tests.
I wish I could say that I am thrilled but the reality is, that I am a bit scared.
We may have 3 or more months until we actually get an appointment, so I have
plllleeeennnnttttyyyy of time to stress.
Yay Me!
Actually, I plan to stick my head back in the sand and ignore the whole thing until I have to deal with any other diagnosis than CP.
So yeah. Fun times..

ReplyDeletePraying for you!
ReplyDeleteHow could so much happen to such a little girl, we don't have answers to the questions. Fortunately we know the on who does. Our prayers, as always are with you all.
ReplyDeleteI will be praying for your family for sure, I'm sorry you have to endure this...
ReplyDelete...but I really need to rant at the medical system...
THREE MONTHS?!!!! You have to wait three months? I do hope that waiting won't delay any beneficial treatment that may help Celia;s long-term prognosis.
On the plus side, which you are obviously doing your best to employ, you will have three months of head-in-the-sand bliss. I hope you are able to fully enjoy it.
