Greg's prayers were ALMOST answered.

My Yorkies are a tad demanding. A tad needy. And more than a tad barky.

They have become the bane of Greg's existence, but they are my babies and I LOVE them..barking and all!

Last week, we came home and let the dogs out, and the girls played for a few minutes before bath and bed. 

When we came downstairs after bedtime, it was obvious we had lost 2 dogs- only Tiffi was waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs. We checked and rechecked the the house, promised treats to those who came, checked our fenced back yard to see if the gate was open and NOTHING!

Starting to panic, I ran out front calling for them, while Greg grabbed the keys and jumped in the car to drive around the neighborhood.

I went inside and was just praying that nothing would happen to them, retracing our last hour in my mind to figure out how they could have gotten out, and then I couldn't find Tiffi. 

I went into the kitchen, and she was laying on the floor next to her bowls between the kitchen and the dining room.

Deciding to make myself useful, despite my panic, I reached down to grab her bowl, and in the  dark dining room, I saw 2 gleaming eyes quietly staring at me...

Apparently, the girls decided to move Bogey's bed  AND  tethered them to a dining room chair! Tommy must have just been at the wrong place at the wrong time. Look how forlorn they both look!

I was so relieved to find them, and so SHOCKED that barky, bossy Tommy didn't alert me to his plight! 

Poor Greg. His hopes that two of our dogs had found new homes were dashed when he got home from touring the neighborhood... We got a good laugh at those girls and their antics though!
