O' Happy Day!!
~Today begins our FUN FILLED two week marathon of out of town guests from VA staying with us. I am beyond excited and looking forward to the many memories we will make with our family here.
~Aria decided to create a state named in her honor. Ariada is a state you won't want to miss seeing because the state food is none other than Chicken Nuggets.
~Gianna has decided that she doesn't care what her state is named, just make sure the state food is guacamole .It's all about the food for Gianna. She's so predictable.
~Sofia has picked her "lovey." Some kids picked stuffed animals, some kids pick blankies, Sofia has chosen BLING. She gets up, and immediately heads to the playroom for her "Nehnee, and Bettie" (That's necklace and bracelet to you and me.) She cries if we are out and about without them.
Yay, dollar store junk!
~Celia has EXPLODED in her vocabulary. She tries to repeat whatever you ask her to say, and is putting two words together when we prompt her. It is a miracle for us each and every time she tells us what she wants or needs.
~I have hired a very sweet girl as a mother's helper for the summer. I am STOKED. Our Maggie is going away to college in the fall, and besides her and the brothers, we don't leave them. Mackenzie is a beautifully sweet and Godly young girl that will learn the Celia ropes. We are thrilled that we can actually GO PLACES and DO THINGS for 5 hours a week. BEST. DECISION. EVER.
(Thanks, Babe!)
~We are car shopping.... again.
Sigh.
ILOATHE, DESPISE, HATE love car shopping. We have had our 2010 Sienna Swagger wagon for just a year and a half. We HAVE TO HAVE a large suburban type SUV to put Celia's wheelchair in the back. And Celia cannot go to school without her wheelchair.
And so it goes... Buh, bye Swagger. Hello, Gas HOG.
~For the record, My hubby is amazing. I have been VERY under the weather lately,(think mostly comatose) and he has picked up my slack, cooked meals, worked a more than full-time job, carted kids around, and still managed to make sure I had everything I could possibly need.
~And lastly, DID I mention we have not one, but TWO WHOLE weeks of family staying with us?!?
Greg is at the airport right now, and I can hardly wait.....
Bring on the FUN!!!!

Have a great time with your out of town guess. Glad the kids are doing well and that you found someone that you trust to help with the kids this summer. Things are looking really good.
