Twinny Twins Turn FOUR!
We started the PARTY a day early when her teacher and therapists showed up for school and had gifts for the twins. We quickly decided pre-school was less important than a birthday celebration.
Wonderful people love our girls.
Seriously.
Wonderful people love our girls.
Seriously.
My sweet Sofia.
She was SO EXCITED to have a birthday this year.
And she knows how old she is.
(Which was a tad confusing at first.)
She wanted to pick out gifts for Celia.
Because she is that sweet kinda girl.
And our baby Celia.
How can she be FOUR?
Praying that this year is a HEALTHY, non-eventful year.
We celebrated in the sunshine at the park.
They are breath-taking.
And oh-so-big.
How does that happen?
Then we went for ice cream in the middle of the day.
Because birthdays are just that special.
Celia LOVES IiiiiiEeeee. (ice cream)
And we snuck her a few birthday bites.
Our BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING friend and social worker sent them a package.
Purses with lots of girly goodies inside.
Right up our lil' Diva's alley.
Did I mention we have wonderful people who love our girls???
Because we most certainly do.
Sofia picked homemade mac and cheese for dinner.
And Celia picked "CAT, CAT" for decorations.
That would be Hello-Kitty to you and me.
With no prompting at all, Sofia grabbed Celia's hand while we sang to them.
Deliciousness.
Twinny love.
My baby girls.
Thank you for each of you who called and wished them a special day.
It means the world to us.
Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you Celia.....and Sofia. Hard to believe two years ago I sang that to Celia while she cried. It give me so much happiness to see how happy they are now.
ReplyDeletePlease give them big hugs for us and wish them happy birthdays from Uncle Mike and Aunt Amy!

ReplyDeleteOh, how FUN!! Love seeing how you all took full advantage of spending lots of time celebrating! We sure love your girls and all their twinny sweetness!!
ReplyDeleteWe have a hard time thinking that they are 4. Seems like only a few months ago that we first learned we were getting twins. God is so wonderful to give us gifts that we don't expect (but we do gladly receive them!). How could we have known that our lives could not be complete without Sofia and Celia? He is SO GOOD and they are so much a blessing.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, a little late!
