The Miracle of TWINS dropped from HEAVEN.

About a month ago, I was reading a blog that advocated for a gorgeous Korean baby girl, who had one of Gianna's special needs. I was captivated by her curly hair and could not get her sweet face out of my mind.

Being DONE, I sheepishly showed her photo to Greg and asked him to pray about inquiring about her. My sweet husband graciously did, even though he was CONVINCED we were DONE.

A few weeks later, he told me that we should move forward, so I excitedly called the agency.

"You are not going to believe this, but just before you called this morning her file was requested. "

Closed Door.

We decided to look for other agencies that place from Korean special needs children, you know, just to see...
I found an agency that listed all their special needs children from every country , and saw these sweet baby girls staring back at me.
Greg and I have ALWAYS wanted twins. Always.
The Dr thought our first born was a set of twins, and when we found out he wasn't, I cried for 3 days. We decided to try to have the next one as close as possible to the first.
My sons are 18 months apart, and the best of friends.
We asked China for twins when we adopted Aria.
We have ALWAYS wanted twins.
I asked Greg to call and inquire about them, and when I did, we found another family had their file, and many, many more had called to inquire about them. Since they worked with all countries for special needs, she suggested that I send my homestudy in for their review.
I honestly forgot about it, as I was sure that the family reviewing their file, would accept them.
And they did.
Only China told them NO.
You see, China has SPECIFIC rules for those adopting twins because they are so rare.
We don't meet all the unofficial rules. Most, but not all.
So when she called me back out of the blue and asked us if we wanted to review their file, we were THRILLED! But, we didn't have a current homestudy (which China wanted.) We had kids, one of which is special needs, and we don't have a kabillion dollars of net worth. (thank you recession.) So it was iffy.
And yesterday, China said YES!!
And now, we think we are done.
But we are making no promises.
Because GOD's way is high above ours, and we are just vessels to do HIS will.
