Hold my hand Mommy.

Her only request.

Through a very rough night trying to get her pain under control, she would cry out for me to hold her hand. And she was comforted, just by her mommy rubbing her hand. If I tried to slip away, her little grip would tighten, she would rouse enough to repeat her simple request.
"Hold my hand...."

What a lesson learned. How many times do I cry out in prayer, Lord let this trial be over? When my loving heavenly Father is leading me, and all I need to do is tighten my grip and trust Him despite the trials  and hurts in this  life.

When she saw the camera flash, she said "Cheese"
It's her first little smile.
She's beautiful...

  3. More beautiful than ever! And more assured than ever knowing she has her loving parents to hold on to (and being nestled in the arms of the One to whom she prayed just before her surgery!).
She is blessed, and, in turn, is blessing to many. What a powerful testimony!
